• 2-man crew: $200/hr
• 3-man crew: $270/hr
• 4-man crew: $340/hr
• Additional movers: $70/hr per additional mover
• Truck rate: $200 daily per truck (includes fuel, mileage, etc.)

Long-distance pricing is based on:

• Distance
• Estimated weight or volume
• Labor time
• Truck and fuel costs
• Lodging for multi-day moves
• Any additional services requested

Yes. If you have an exact inventory and certain details for the scope of work for your move, then we are glad to offer binding-pricing with an exact locked-in price. This is a quote.

If things on your end could change about your move (inventory, drop-off locations, amount of packing), then we offer non-binding estimates where you only pay for what you use. This is an estimate.

Yes. MoveCrew handles long-distance and interstate moves nationwide using dedicated crews and structured timelines—no third-party handoffs. No warehouse stops. Our trucks are only devoted to your move and we never mix your belongings with someone else’s.

Yes. A 20% deposit is required to reserve your move date for any of our services. If your date changes, we are flexible and accommodating up to 72 hours prior to your move to transfer your deposit for a new date.

The sooner the better. We can always adjust our date once you are signed with a deposit. Our best drivers, foreman, and movers are scheduled in priority sequence and assigned to moves in advance as they come in.
